COBA have recently taken a long term lease on Europark 44 to satisfy further growth within their business.  Based at their HQ in Fleckney, Leicestershire, COBA have been trading for 55 years and currently employ over 850 people worldwide, with facilities in South Africa, Romania, Slovakia and Romania.  The company will produce and distribute safety matting from their new facility at Europark.

The unit comprises 44,120 sq ft with 10m eaves, 2 level access and 2 dock loading doors set within a secure yard.

This letting comes shortly after the letting of Unit 11 to Enterprise FLEX-E-Rent. As a result of both the lettings to Unit 11 and Europark 44, all existing buildings are now let.
