Cleared sites at Europark, Rugby ready for marketing

Marketing will shortly commence on two new industrial warehouse units following a major earthworks and infrastructure project.

Richard Utley Ltd, the landlords of the Europark industrial estate in Rugby have finished a substantial earthworks and infrastructure project on land fronting the A5, just to the north east of Clifton upon Dunsmore.  The land has outline planning permission for two industrial units with ancillary offices of 27,000 and 36,000 sq ft respectively.  The proposed units will complement the existing offer on the main industrial estate and the proposed gin distillery which will be built on the adjacent land.

Christopher Utley of Europark said “We are delighted to have finished the initial phase of the project which involved a substantial cut and fill earthworks programme and provision of the infrastructure, including the access road.  Marketing of the sites on a freehold or leasehold basis will commence in the New Year”.

2016 has proved to be another busy year at Europark and 2017 is set to continue this trend with the speculative development of an additional 20,000 sq ft of industrial units with ancillary offices on the main Europark estate.
